Day 01:Arrive Madras

Arrival at Chennai International Airport our representative will meet you at the arrival hall and transfer you to Hotel, Afternoon sightseeing tour of Chennai including Marina Beach, the second longest beach in the world. The St. George Fort, built in 1653, is currently used as the state government's secretariat. Santhome Cathedral was built around 14th/15th century and is another colonial structure worth visiting. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Kapaleeshwar Temple is the oldest temple in Chennai. Another important temple in the city dedicated to Lord Krishna is Parthsarthy Temple. The Snake Park has a large collection of snakes and many other reptiles, evening back to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02:: Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram

Full day tour of Mahabalipuram & Kanchipuram, Check-out at 1200 hrs, Kanchipuram (64 kms from Chennai (Madras) is the ancient capital of the Pallavas famous as a city of 1000 Temples and still has 124 shrines. The first temple dedicated to Shiva was built in the 7th and 8th century & has paintings on the walls. Temples of Ekambaswara, Kailasanatha, Sri Kamakshi and Varadarajaswamy are of interest. Kanchipuram is also famous for its silks. The city of Mahabalipuram is famous for the seven pagodas. Day 03:Trichy

Morning pickup up from railway station transfer to Hotel on arrival check in Hotel for overnight stay, afternoon tour of city, Trichy was the citadel of the Chola dynasty in the medieval period. In the 18th century it witnessed the Carnatic wars fought between the French and the English. Lord Robert Clive's house is still there to see and so is the Danish Church. The Rock-Fort is the landmark of Trichy. A climb of 434 steps leads to the ancient temple of Ganpati on top and a further climb to a Shiva temple, evening back to Hotel for overnight stay

Day 04:Madurai

Morning after breakfast drive for Madurai, Enroute visit Tanjore, the beautiful Chola Temple of Brihadeshwara is capped by a monolithic cupola made of a single granite block weighing 80 tons, which was taken to the top with the help of a 6 km long ramp, an old technique used by the Egyptians for building pyramids. Day 05:Sightseeing of Madurai

Morning visit the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering Gopurams (rising high above the surrounding countryside). Nature unfolds itself in and around Ooty in a myriad of profiles, each one with a distinctive grandeur and individuality. This natural charm, several attractions compel the tourist to stay on for extended periods with comfort. The first British came to Ooty in 1812. He was followed by a few hundred European missionaries, educationist and civil servants. Finally, the hill stations attracted many Europeans so much so that it became the summer capital of the then vast Madras presidency, or the present Tamil Nadu State, which consisted of 75% of what we call South India today. The great Godman, Sri Satya Sai Baba, was born in the village of Puttaparthi in Ananthapur district. He has established an ashram here that has grown in size along with his immense following. Thousands of people come here everyday from all over India to get the blessings of Sai Baba who they think is living god on earth. Sai Baba is known to have performed several miracles, and has a huge number of devout followers (although sceptics have often challenged his abilities). The ashram called Prashanti Nilayam (House of Peace) is a large complex with guestrooms, dormitories, dining halls and kitchens. Several schools, colleges and hospitals have also been established in the area from the donations of devotees. DAY 25:Full day sightseeing in Bangalore

Morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of Bangalore visit to: The Bangalore Palace & Fort: The Bangalore Fort was built by Kempe Gowda and expanded by Tipu Sultan. Within its walls is the well preserved 16th century Ganpati Temple. Lal Bagh: Hyder Ali laid out this famous botanical garden and his son added horticultural wealth to them by importing trees and plants from several countries. ISKCON: Situated on Chord Road, it is a must visit temple in Bangalore. The Bull Temple: This temple, built by Kempe Gowda, houses the magnificent stone statue of the sacred bull, Nandi. The Gangadhareshware Temple: Known for its four monolithic pillars and rare idol of Agni, the God of fire, this temple was built by Kempe Gowda. Tipu's Palace: Built in 1791, this beautiful two-stored ornate wooden structure with exquisitely carved pillars, arches and balconies was one of Tipu's favorite summer retreats. After visit drive back to Hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 26:Chennai

DAY 27:Chennai

Morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of Chennai visit Fort St. George, built during the imperial rule of British in 1640 AD. Chennai set on the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal is blessed with the beauteous Marina beach the second largest beach in the world. The guests shall visit the beach along with a trip to the soothing Kapaleeshwar Temple. The afternoon shall comprise of a shopping arcade from where the guests can buy some mementos to be taken back home, evening back to Hotel at Chennai for overnight stay.

DAY 28:Departure to your country
